い角が正となる方向とのいずれかの方向に配設さ
れ、底刃とされる切刃が外周側から内周側に向か
うにしたがい工具本体の後方に後退するように傾
斜して配設されたスローアウエイエンドミルにお
いて、前記辺部の切刃の中央部に、前記切刃より
チツプの内周方向に後退した凹部を形成したこと
