However, since the impregnated paper is porous and easily impregnated, minute ink dropouts occur during printing, which is a serious drawback not only in pattern printing but also in solid printing. Therefore, the resulting thermosetting resin decorative board has noticeable defects in appearance, especially
It has been difficult to obtain a thermosetting resin decorative board that has a solid or metallic appearance and is free from defects.

That is, in this invention, a paper impregnated with a thermosetting resin is layered on a base material, and a releasable film having a thermosetting ink layer is placed so that the thermosetting ink layer side is in contact with the paper impregnated with a thermosetting resin. After stacking, the above three layers are heated and pressurized between a pair of hot platens to form them, and after forming, the releasable film is peeled off, so that the thermosetting ink layer is applied to the impregnated paper. The gist of the present invention is a method for producing a thermosetting resin decorative board, which is characterized by obtaining a decorative board that is integrally cured through transfer.

Since the surface of impregnated paper cannot be made smoother in order to maintain its impregnating property, printing defects are unavoidable in the conventional technique of printing first, but with the method of the present invention, Since the colored layer is transferred from the releasable film to the impregnated paper that has already been impregnated during molding by heating and pressing, the object has been smoothed by impregnation, and furthermore, the method is not accompanied by heating and pressing. There is an advantage that the colored layer is sufficiently transferred.
