担体の構造を示すための平坦な金属箔板と波形金
属箔板の相対的関係を示す部分拡大斜視図、第６
図は実施例１〜３、比較例２の担体の加熱冷却サ

挾持されて成るメタルモノリス担体において、各
金属箔板が全体に小孔を備えていることを特徴と
するメタルモノリス担体。
