装置に設けられた差温検出装置の作動特性例図、
第３図はこの考案の空気調和装置の制御回路の要
部回路図、第４図は従来の空気調和装置の構成を
示す図である。 これらの図において、１は圧縮機、２は四方切
換弁、３は利用側熱交換器、４は非利用側熱交換
器、５は絞り装置、１４は冷媒回路、７はクラン
クケースヒータ、１０は差温検出装置である。な
お、各図中、同一符号は同一または相当部分を示
す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧縮機、四方切換弁、利用側熱交換器、非
    利用側熱交換器および絞り装置を順次接続した冷
    媒回路、上記圧縮機に取付けられ、上記圧縮機内
    冷凍機油を加温するクランクケースヒータ、及び
    上記冷媒回路の低圧側冷媒温度と圧縮機内冷凍機
    油温度との差温を検出し、この差温が所定の値以
    内となつたとき、上記圧縮機の運転を停止すると
    共に上記クランクケースヒータに通電し、かつ、
    上記差温が所定の値を越えたとき上記圧縮機の運
    転を開始すると共に上記クランクケースヒータへ
    の通電を停止する差温検出装置を備えたことを特
    徴とする空気調和装置。 (2) 所定の値は、圧縮機の運転を停止すると共
    にクランクケースヒータへの通電を開始する第１
    の所定の値と、圧縮機の運転を開始すると共にク
    ランクケースヒータへの通電を停止する第２の所
    定の値とを有することを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の空気調和装置。
