通孔と、内部空所を有するハウジングと、該ハウ
ジングの両側面に設けられ該ハウジングとバリア
室を構成するバリアダイアフラムと、前記バリア
室に連通し他端が前記連通孔の他端に接続され前
記本体を前記内部空所に隙間をもつて支持する支
持パイプと、該支持パイプの周囲に設けられ前記
本体を前記ハウジングから絶縁する絶縁部とを具
