合焦操作時と自動合焦操作時の切換えスイツチ
で、手動合焦操作時(Mマーク)においては図示
しない公知の自動合焦駆動回路への通電を断ち、
自動合焦操作時(Aマーク)においては、該自動
合焦駆動回路をオンにする。
