Claims (1)
- 上蓋を開閉自在に設ける焼がま本体に、パン材
料を投入して混練及び発酵及び焼成を行うパン焼
成ケースを着脱自在に備えた装置において、前記
焼成ケースの周囲に発熱体を配設すると共に、前
記上蓋を透明なガラスで集熱形状に形成したこと
を特徴とする製パン器の上蓋装置。
