エータを備えた窓の開閉装置であつて、直動アク
チユエータの開き障子への連結部は、開き障子の
側部に沿つて開き端側に向つては案内部材が限定
的に移動可能な案内条を備え、該案内条に案内さ
れる案内部材を直動アクチユエータの一端に設け
、該案内部材の一端が嵌合する二又部を先端に設
けた直動アクチユエータよりも短かい長さのアー
ムの根本を案内条よりも内部側で且つ開き障子を
開口枠に枢着した位置に対して案内部材を間にし
てアームが斜設されるように開口枠側に枢着され
