接続される。また回転消去ヘッド6゜e′は切換スイッ

2′を目づまり回復検出回路へ接続し本来の記録ヘッド
である第1の磁気ヘッド2.2′の目づまり回復を応急
記録と同時に監視する。ここでの監視を可能にするため
に応急記録用の第2の磁気ヘッド4,4′を同時モニタ
ーの位置から2トラツク前のオーディオ信号先行再生位
置へ変位させてあり本来の記録ヘッド位置とは機械的な
ずれがあるためコントロールあるいはりニア−オーディ
オ用の固定ヘッド(図示せず)との位置関係にずれが生
じている。よってこの記録は本来の記録と区別し応急記
録としている。この位置ずれは第2の磁気ヘッド4,4
′を同時モニター位置にすれば解決できるが機械的に不
安定な第2の磁気ヘッド4,4′で記録することはビデ
オトラックリニアティ等のパターン精度の面で好ましく
はなく本来の記録ヘッドの目づまりが回復すればただち
に本来のヘッドでの記録にもどす方が好ましいことと同
時モニター位置では回復の監視ができないために本実施
例では前記の応急記録方法を実施している。しかし同時
モニター位置での記録は回転消去ヘッドで不要信号を消
去した後に同時モニターヘッドで記録できるため全幅の
固定消去ヘッドが不要にできるというメリットもある。

本来の記録ヘッドの目づまり回復を監視し、目づまシが
回復するとただちに通常の記録モードへ復帰させる様構
成したことにより、目づまり等の異常に対し自動的にし
かも即座に最適な処置を施すことができ時間ロスを防止
できる。また記録、モニター両ヘッドとも異常でない限
り記録が継続されるため大事な場面の記録タイミングを
逃がす頻度が大幅に減少する。また本来の記録ヘッドが
回復するとただちに通常の記録モードへ復帰させる様構
成しであるため高精度な記録信号を確保できその実用的
効果は大きい。
