The three-point seatbelt is as shown in FIG. 13, and a seatbelt 53 is disposed behind and inside a door 52 of a vehicle 51, and one end of the seatbelt 53 is connected to a retractor 54 disposed below the side. The belt 53 is folded back through a through ring 55 disposed above the side, hangs downward, and fixed via an anchor 56 below the side, and the belt 53 is provided with an engaging tongue plate 57 slidably under the through ring 55. . When the seat belt 53 is not worn, it is held vertically inside the rear of the door 52 as shown in the figure, and when it is worn, the user reaches back, grabs the belt at the appropriate place, pulls it forward and inward, and places it on the center side of the passenger compartment of the seat 58. In the three-point seat belts mentioned above, the seat belt is located at the rear and side of the seat, so when you try to put on the belt, there is a distance between you and the belt, so you have to twist your body and reach out to pull the belt. It is inconvenient to put it on because it needs to be grabbed. Particularly when the door is large, such as in a two-door car, the pillar section at the rear of the door on which the seat belt is vertically installed is spaced to the rear of the seat, increasing the distance between the seat belt and the seat belt, making it inconvenient to attach the seat belt.

In order to improve the above, various improvements have been proposed from the vertical side. For example, in Utility Model Application Publication No. 121020/1983, the belt guide arm is raised diagonally in conjunction with the raising and lowering of the seat to face the side of the seat, and the belt is The belt guide arm is pulled out to the side of the seat, and the belt guide arm is folded sideways and stored vertically behind the door, but when installed, the belt guide arm stands diagonally to the side of the seat and protrudes into the interior. There is a sense of prominence,
It is hard to say that it is the best in terms of appearance. Matami Kai Showa 53-
In No. 36239, the seat belt is linked to the up/down of the seat to move the sides of the roof back and forth, and when the seat is down, the belt is vertically positioned between the middle and front of the door opening, making it difficult for rear seat passengers to get in and out. It is hard to say that it is the best for loading and unloading cargo. Furthermore, Utsukai Showa 53-56624
In this model, a seatbelt locking hook is provided on the shoulder of the seat bag, the belt is locked to this hook, and the seat bag is folded down when the seat bag is worn, so the belt has to be connected and disconnected each time, which is cumbersome to operate.

The present invention has been made to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages of the conventional three-point seat belt and the disadvantages of the above-mentioned conventional solutions that have been improved. A guide member is provided in the longitudinal direction, and the lower end of the seatbelt, which is folded back through a through ring and extended downward, is attached and supported to the guide member, and the lower end of the seatbelt is moved back and forth when the seatbelt is worn or not. In addition, the lower end of the seatbelt responds to the front and back adjustment of the seat when it is worn, and the forward movement of the lower end of the seatbelt is controlled between the front side of the seat and the rear side of the seat. Furthermore, even in such two-stage adjustment, the lower end position of the seat belt when the seat belt is fastened can be linked to the seat longitudinal movement adjustment, making it easier to fasten the seat belt, allowing occupants to get on and off the vehicle, and to adjust luggage. It is an object of the present invention to provide a three-point seat belt device for a vehicle, which facilitates loading and unloading of the vehicle, and further allows the above-mentioned purpose to be carried out without a feeling of protrusion into the vehicle interior.

As shown in FIG. 2, when the seat belt 10 is not worn, it is located below the pillar portion 5 and behind the opening lower side 3a.
It is stored vertically in a straight line and approximately vertically. For example, the seat cushion 14 in FIG.
Pressure-sensitive switches a and b provided at the rear of the opening detect the occupant's departure from the seat cushion, the up/down detection switch c of the seat back 14b as shown in Fig. 6, and the opening/closing of the door 4 as shown in Fig. 8. Switch d provided on the side or switch e provided on the hinge part,
As shown in Fig. 9, there is a switch f provided on the rear side of the door 4, or a switch g that detects the movement of the door opening/closing handle, and a switch h that detects the parking operation and release of the parking brake lever 28 as shown in Fig. 10. etc., and upon detection of release of the attached state, the motor is reversed to move the anchor 13 backward and hold it at the position shown in the figure. The seat belt 10 is located at the rear of the opening and does not interfere with the getting on and off of the rear seat passengers or loading and unloading of luggage. This state is shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4A.

Next, when the seat belt 10 is being worn, the belt anchor 13 advances from the position A shown in the figure, advances to the side of the rear end of the seat cushion 14a, and stops at this position to assume the wearing position. This is shown in Figures 1 and 2.
4 and 4B, the extending portion of the seat belt from the through ring 11 is located on the rear side near the passenger, and the belt can be easily grasped and attached. The forward movement of the seat belt 10 and the movement to the wearing position are performed by detecting the sitting on the seat cushion, closing the door, releasing the parking brake, etc. using the switch, and rotating the motor in the forward direction.

By the way, as is clear from FIGS. 1 and 2, a position detection switch i for the seat cushion 14a is provided. This switch i is operated by the holders 25, 26, etc. that move the belt anchor 13 forward, and when the holders 25, 26, etc. or the pusher provided thereon comes into contact with the switch i, the drive of the motor is stopped. Stops the belt from moving forward. As a result, when the seat cushion 14a is adjusted back and forth using the handle 17 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 or the operating bar 117 shown in FIG. 5, the seat belt is fixed downward according to the adjusted position. The belt anchor can be adjusted to stop the seat belt at an ideal anchor point. That is, the lateral position of the rear end of the belt anchor moves back and forth when the seat moves back and forth, and the position of the belt anchor in the attached state is adjusted back and forth in accordance with the back and forth movement.

Next, regarding the movement of the belt anchor 13 from the above-mentioned backward limit position A to attach the belt, the belt anchor 13 moves beyond the attachment position B when the above-mentioned belt attachment is detected, and moves from the middle part to the front part of the seat cushion 14a. It moves forward to the lateral front position C (shown in FIGS. 4 and 5), then moves backward and stops at the normal mounting position B on the side of the rear end of the seat cushion. This state is shown by the solid line in FIG. In other words, move once to the frontmost position,
Next, move back to the rear side of the seat and install it. According to this, the belt becomes easier to grip, and the wearing operation becomes easier. The backward movement from the forwardmost position to the normal mounting position is performed by the tongue plate engagement device 112.
A switch k or a switch provided on the instrument panel may be used to detect the locking of the vehicle, and stopping at the normal position may be detected using the switch i described above. In this case as well, only point B or points A and B can be adjusted back and forth using the switch in conjunction with the front and rear adjustment of the seat.

As is clear from the above, according to the present invention, the anchor of the lower fixing portion of the seat belt can be moved back and forth depending on whether it is attached or not attached, and the above can be done without any protrusion or feeling of protrusion in the vehicle interior. In order to make it easier to attach the belt, to make it easier for passengers to get on and off the vehicle, and to load and unload luggage, the anchor point can be adjusted depending on the front and back positions of the seat, so the optimal anchor point can be obtained at the front and rear positions of the seat. Furthermore, by making the forward movement of the anchor two stages, it has many advantages, such as further improving the ease of belt attachment.
