た吹込みガスの修正フルード数とノズル中心回り
の溶損範囲径を示す線図及び粘度板のモデル図、
第７図はノズル数を増加した場合の平面図、第８
図ａは煉瓦積の横断面を円形とした場合の炉体内
配置を示す平面図、第８図ｂはノズル部分の要部
拡大平面図、第９図はノズル構造の例を示すもの
である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スタンプ材によつてウエアライニングを炉底部
    に施し且つ該炉底部に底吹攪拌用のノズルを設け
    た電弧炉において、内部にノズルを貫設したノズ
    ル煉瓦によつて吹込口を形成し、該ノズル煉瓦の
    周囲を包囲する煉瓦積を前記スタンプ材との間に
    設け、炉内に面する前記煉瓦積の外縁と前記ノズ
    ルの中心との距離を、該ノズルの炉内側直径の２
    ０倍以下としたことを特徴とする底吹電弧炉にお
    ける煉瓦積構造。
