る。又第2,4図に示すようにフレーム前部の下
面に、上記孔8と合致連通する孔11を有し平面
視円板状等となした操向固定板10を一体溶着若
しくはボルト締めにて取付け、この操向固定板1
0には孔11と同心の円弧状長溝12と目盛13
を形成し、前記した支持部材6の上面幅方向中央
部の螺孔(図示せず)に螺合されるツマミ14′
付き螺軸14を当該円弧状長溝12に溝内スライ
ド可能に嵌合してこのツマミ付き螺軸14を緊締
することによつて、第2,3図に示すように操向
ハンドル4支持部材6及び該支持部材6に取付け
られる押圧ローラ15のフレーム1に対する水平
方向回転角即ち操向角度を一定なして使用できる
ようになしている。この場合ツマミ14′の中心
等の適所を目盛13に対するマーカーとして利用
すをことによつて操向角度を目盛13を利用して
数値にて決定することができ、又上記した円弧状
長溝12はフレーム1の前部に幅広部を形成し
て、この幅広部に直に形成することも、更には支
持部材6の上面に螺軸14を上向きに設け、該螺
軸を円弧状長溝12を嵌通して上方に突出させ、
該突出部にツマミ14′を螺合することも可能で
ある。
