【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、鉄板、線材等の処理材に付着させた
塗料を乾燥、焼付する装置であつて該乾燥炉で発
生した溶剤蒸発ガスをインシネレータに導びき焼
却するものにおいて、該インシネレータへの空気
の補給量を悪臭防止及び熱効率上好適なるように

放出されるが、従来からその一部を乾燥用熱風と
して乾燥炉へ戻して熱の有効利用を図ることが行
なわれている。かかる装置においては熱風量は有
機溶剤の蒸発量に関連し有機溶剤の爆発範囲をさ
けるような量に決定され、熱風温度は熱風量との
関連の上で有機溶剤等を蒸発させ得るに必要な熱
量として決定される。また、インシネレータへ補
給する空気は出来るだけ多くして該インシネレー
タ内の酸素濃度を高くした方が焼却脱臭の効果は
上がるが、その反面、補給空気量を増やすと系外
へ排出するガス量が増えて損失エネルギが大きく
なるので省エネルギにならずその点では補給空気
量は少なくコントロールした方がよい等、補給空
気量の制御は一律には行かないので、時としては
過剰な臭気を大気中に発散し、或いはエネルギ損

びかれる。5は該インシネレータ3へ補給される
助燃用燃料配管、6は空気の補給管である。イン
シネレータ3内で発生した燃焼排ガスはその一部
が配管7を通つて前記乾燥炉1内へ帰戻され、残
りは熱交換器8を通つて煙突9から大気中へ排出
される。10は前記補給管6へ熱交換器8によつ
て加熱された空気を送給するブロワ、11は空気
流量調節弁である。インシネレータ3の燃焼排ガ
ス出口部には酸素濃度測定器12が取付けられ、
該測定器12の出力は設定器13に入力されるよ
うにしている。設定器13は前記空気流量調節弁
11を前記測定器12で測定される燃焼排ガス中
の残存酸素濃度が2%前後に収まるよう制御す

もまた低下するものと思われ、また残存酸素濃度
が2%よりも高くなると焼却温度が低くなること
による脱臭効果の低下が原因でやはり臭気濃度が

整するようにしたことを特徴とするインシネレー
