Claims (1)
- ケーシングに収納され真空タンクに連通する真
空室と大気側に連通する調圧室とに支切る受圧膜
手段、上記調圧室側であつて上記受圧膜手段に設
けた第１弁座、上記ケーシングに設けられ上記調
圧室と上記大気側とを連通可能に形成した第２弁
座、上記調圧室に内装され上記第１弁座と第２弁
座との間に縮設され常時上記受圧膜手段を上記真
空室側に押圧付勢する調圧室スプリング、上記ケ
ーシングに内装され上記第１弁座を開閉する第１
弁と上記第２弁座を開閉する第２弁とを設けたポ
ペツト弁、および上記ケーシングに形成され上記
調圧室に連通する調圧通路を具備すると共に、上
記第１弁座開時のみ上記真空室と上記調圧室とを
連通する通気孔を上記受圧膜手段に形成してなる
ことを特徴とする真空調圧弁。
