- 直線状に等間隔に配置された３個の略円筒状の
陰極支持体と、これら各陰極支持体内に挿入固定
された陰極と、これら各陰極内に挿設されたヒー
タとからなる陰極支持構体において、上記３個の
陰極支持体のうち、中央の陰極支持体の円筒部の
板厚を両側の陰極支持体の円筒部の板厚よりも大
に構成したことを特徴とする陰極支持構体。
