    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 感熱素子の両側に電極体2及び3を有するサー
    ミスタ素子5と、前記電極体2及び3に電気的に
    接続してなる金属支柱6及び7と、前記金属支柱
    6及び7を所定の間隔で保持する基体8と、そし
    て前記サーミスタ素子5と前記金属支柱6及び7
    とを含むその外周囲に形成した保護被覆層9とで
    構成し、前記電極体2及び3と前記金属支柱6及
    び7とを交差させかつそれぞれの先端部を交差接
    続点から離したことを特徴とするサーミスタユニ
    ツト。
