    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 感熱素子の両側に電極体２及び３を有するサー
    ミスタ素子５と、前記電極体２及び３に電気的に
    接続してなる金属支柱６及び７と、前記金属支柱
    ６及び７を所定の間隔で保持する基体８と、そし
    て前記サーミスタ素子５と前記金属支柱６及び７
    とを含むその外周囲に形成した保護被覆層９とで
    構成し、前記電極体２及び３と前記金属支柱６及
    び７とを交差させかつそれぞれの先端部を交差接
    続点から離したことを特徴とするサーミスタユニ
    ツト。
