As this type of refrigeration system, one having a configuration as schematically shown in FIG. 5 has been proposed. To explain this simply, the reference numeral 1 in the figure is the main body of the water cooling device, and this main body 1 is composed of a machine room part 2 located at the lower part and a heat exchanger part 3 located at the upper part. . The machine room section 2 is constructed by arranging a compressor 25 and a non-use side condenser 10 in parallel in a space formed by columns 13 erected from the four corners of the underframe 4, and further includes A usage-side water cooler 17 serving as the heat exchanger portion 3 is placed and fixed on the upper end side of the heat exchanger portion 13 . The main body 1 in which these refrigeration cycle devices are installed is surrounded by left and right side panels 11, 11, and a front panel 2.
3, 24, a rear panel (not shown), a top panel 22, and other exterior panels, and the entire structure is configured as a sealed structure.

とよいものであつた。 By the way, in the case of the above-mentioned refrigeration system, there are various control parts for controlling the operation of various refrigeration cycle devices arranged in the main body 1, switches for remote control, indicator lights, etc. There is a need for a centralized arrangement of electrical components as a control section. Conventionally, among these types of electrical components, control components 191a (first electrical component group) that are not frequently manually operated, such as power terminal blocks, relays, etc., are used as the control panel 19 in the main body 1.
It is installed inside the upper front part of the machine room, and
Switches 191b (second electrical parts group), such as operation switches, temperature controllers, and indicator lights, which require manual operation from the outside and are frequently operated, are as follows:
Generally, the operation box 192 is fixedly provided on the outer wall of the right panel 11, and these are connected by electrical wiring or the like. In other words, among the electrical components that make up the control unit as described above, frequently used switches for controlling the operation of the refrigeration equipment are exposed on the panel surface so that they can be easily operated from the outside. However, the wiring and the like inside the refrigeration apparatus such as the compressor are not used frequently and are preferably provided by being incorporated into the main body 1.

However, according to the conventional configuration as described above, the control panel 19 to which the control parts 191a are attached and the operation box 192 to which the switches 191b are attached are separated, and the electrical wiring for connecting them is After the assembly of the machine room section 2 and the heat exchanger section 3 constituting the main body 1 is completed, the right side panel 11 must be assembled to the support column 13 side, and the complexity cannot be avoided. This was a major problem in terms of ease of assembly. In particular, with such a configuration, it is necessary to perform the electrical wiring inside and outside the main body 1 separately and separately, and then to perform the troublesome and complicated work of connecting these wires. It was hot. In addition, in such a configuration, since the switches 191b are attached to the outer wall of the right panel 11, an electric box (operation box 19) is installed to prevent electric shock for electrical safety.
2) It had to be stored inside, which led to problems such as increased costs. Furthermore, since the operation box 192 is provided protruding from the side of the main body 1, the volume when packing this type of device main body 1 becomes too large.
There are also problems such as the need to be careful during transportation, and it is desired to take some measures that can eliminate these problems.

In the machine, measures are taken to prevent vibrations caused by the operation of the compressor 25 from propagating to the underframe 4. Further, the discharge side of this compressor 25 is placed in the inner and outer pipes of each condensing element 10a, and the suction side is placed in the water cooler 17.
is connected to the inner tube of Reference numeral 21 designates a rear panel made of a relatively thin steel plate, which has a plurality of through holes 21a at both ends thereof, and is fixed to both side panels 11 with mounting screws through these through holes 21a. Reference numeral 22 denotes a relatively thin steel plate top panel attached to the top surface of the main body, the peripheral edge of which is bent, has a flange portion 22b, and has openings on the left and right sides so as to cover the side panel 11 and the rear panel 21 from above. It is fixed with a mounting screw through the through hole 22a. At this time, a gap is formed between the front flange 11d of the side panel and the front flange 22b of the top panel 22, into which the upper end of the upper front panel, which will be described later, is inserted. 23
is an upper front panel formed by bending the periphery of a relatively thin steel plate, and the through hole 2 of the top panel 22 is located at the top of the upper front panel.
The screw hole 23d fixed through the hole 2a is also
As shown in FIG. 4, the lower end flange portion 23c is provided with an L-shaped cut-and-raised piece 23b toward the rear, and a bent portion at the upper end is connected to the front flange portion 11d of the side panel 11 and the ceiling. A notch 23d is provided in a part of the panel 2 to facilitate insertion into the gap between the front side flange portions 22b. Further, by forming the cut-and-raised piece 23b, a notch 23e is formed, and an opening 23f is formed corresponding to the second electrical component group 191b, and the second electrical component group 191b is inserted through this opening 23f. Can be manipulated or seen through. 24 is a lower front panel formed by bending the periphery of a relatively thin steel plate, and its upper end flange 2
4b has a notch 24c corresponding to the notch 23e, and a through hole 24a for insertion into the protrusion 5a of the underframe 4 is provided at the lower end. The reinforcing plate 20 has a through hole 20b facing the cutout 23e of the upper front panel 23, a nut 20c fixed to the back side of the through hole 20b, and a raised piece 23.
Since there is a notch 20d on the upper end surface of the reinforcing plate 20 facing b, when installing the upper front panel 23,
After inserting the upper end of the upper front panel 23 into the gap between the front flange 11d of the side panel 11 and the front flange 22b of the top panel 22, the cut and raised piece 23b of the upper front panel 23 is inserted into the reinforcing plate 20. It is locked and positioned within the notch 20d. Next, the through hole 24a of the lower front panel 24 is inserted into the protrusion 5a of the underframe 4.
When the upper end flange portion 24b is overlapped with the lower end flange portion 23c of the upper front panel 23, the respective notches 23d, 24c match, and these notches 23d, 24c, the reinforcing plate 20
Attach the mounting screw 26 to the through hole 20b and nut 20c.
Each front panel 23, 24 is attached by inserting and tightening.

Further, by passing through a throttling device (not shown), the refrigerant becomes a low-pressure liquid/gas mixture and enters the user-side water cooler 17. After exchanging heat with water, it becomes a gas refrigerant and returns to the compressor 25. A refrigeration cycle is formed, and this operation is repeated thereafter, but the noise generated from the compressor 25 is removed from the non-use side condenser 1.
0. Since the usage-side water cooler 17 is formed as a part of the sound insulation wall, the sound is attenuated together with the sound insulation of the front panels 23 and 24, and low external noise can be provided.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the equipment mounting plate for mounting electrical components that control the operation of refrigeration cycle equipment, etc. is bent to form recesses and protrusions. The control panel is constructed by attaching electrical components that are operated less frequently, and electrical components that are shorter and more frequently operated manually in convex locations, so electrical components of different heights can be placed neatly, easily, and reliably within the main body. It is excellent in terms of ease of assembly. Further, since openings are provided in the panel corresponding to the convex portions, electrical components that are frequently manually operated are brought close to the openings and can be easily operated.
