For example, in a conventionally commonly used refrigeration system, for example, a water-cooled refrigeration system, a compressor, a cooler serving as a user-side evaporator, a non-use-side condenser,
It consists of a throttle device and a control panel that controls its operation, and the surrounding area needs to be insulated to prevent heat loss from the cooler. For this reason, conventional devices have the problem of requiring difficult work such as wrapping a heat insulating material around them.
Therefore, the object of this invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks and to improve the ease of assembly.
Hereinafter, the refrigeration system according to this invention will be explained in detail using the drawings.

Next, the control operation of the refrigeration system will be explained. In FIG. 3, the high-temperature, high-pressure gas refrigerant discharged from the compressor 13 enters the refrigerant pipe of the non-use side condenser 6, and the inner pipe of the double-pipe heat exchanger 7 is filled with cooling water, and the outer pipe As the refrigerant passes through, it becomes a high-pressure liquid refrigerant after exchanging heat with the cooling water, and then, by passing through the expansion device 19, it becomes a low-pressure liquid/gas mixed refrigerant and is sent to the user-side evaporator 12. Cold water passes through the outer pipe of the multiple heat exchanger, and refrigerant passes through the inner pipe, and after exchanging heat with the cold water, it returns to the compressor 13 as gas refrigerant. In this way, a refrigeration cycle is constructed, and this operation is repeated thereafter. Although noise is generated from the compressor 13, a front panel 18 is provided at the front, and side panels 18 are provided at both sides.
5 is provided at the rear, and a non-use side condenser 6 is provided at the upper part of the use side evaporator 12 which is completely insulated.
Since this is provided, the sound insulation effect is increased and noise reduction is achieved.

As explained above, the refrigeration system according to this invention installs the compressor in front of the upper part of the underframe and the condenser on the non-use side at the rear, and then connects the connecting plate with the support and the water pipe connection port of the condenser on the non-use side. The evaporator on the user side is placed above the condenser on the non-use side and the connecting plate, and the evaporator on the user side is surrounded by a front panel, side plates, top plate, and rear plate. Therefore, assembly becomes easy, and the sound insulation effect is enhanced, resulting in low noise.
Furthermore, since the heat exchange portion is completely insulated, heat radiation loss and dew condensation from the user-side heat exchanger can be prevented.
