[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention provides a solar heat collection device comprising a solar heat collector and a water tank for storing hot water from the solar heat collector, in which the solar heat collector and the water tank are separated. By installing the device on the roof and connecting the two with piping passing through the attic, the device can be installed even on roofs with narrow and complicated shapes, and it can also help improve the appearance. The present invention relates to a mounting structure (hereinafter referred to as structure) for a solar heat collecting device that prevents freezing in the winter and also enables well-balanced mounting, and one embodiment thereof will be described below with reference to the drawings.

In the figure, the structure of the present invention separates a solar heat collector (hereinafter referred to as a collector) 2 and a water tank 3 that stores hot water from the collector 2, and connects the solar heat collector (hereinafter referred to as a collector) to a roof R1 and R2.
At the same time, the collector 2 and the water tank 3 are connected to each other by pipes 5 and 6 passing through the attic 4. In this embodiment, the collector 2 is attached to one roof R1 of the double-flow roof, and the water tank 3 is connected to the water tank 3. 3 is ridge part 7
Attach it on the roofing boards 9, 9 of the other roof R2 that sandwich it. Note that the collector 2 and water tank 3 are connected to the field board 9.
A waterproof pan 11 placed on the upper waterproof sheet 10,
The waterproof pans 11 and 12 are installed in the interior of the roof tile 12, and the waterproof pans 11 and 12 have on both sides an overhang piece 14 on the upper edge of each side wall from which the roof tile 13 is protruded, and a rising wall on the upper side on which the lower end of the roof tile 14 is placed. 15 prevents rainwater from leaking into the attic, and also prevents the waterproof pan 1 from leaking into the attic.
1, 12, it is fixed using a connecting fitting 16 that passes through the sheathing boards 9, 9 and is screwed onto the shedding boards 9 between them. Further, the outlet of the collector 2 communicates with the inlet of the water tank 3 through a pipe 5, and the outlet communicates with the inlet of the collector 2 through a pipe 6, and each pipe 5, 6 is connected with the connecting fitting 16 interposed therebetween. By doing so, a circulation path is formed that passes through the attic 4 and circulates between the collector 2 and the water tank 3. Furthermore, the water surface in the water tank 3 is located at a higher location than the water level in the collector 2, to facilitate natural circulation of water. Note that first and second switching valves 19 and 20 are interposed in the pipe 6, and the first
A piping 21 for indoor hot water supply is branched and connected to the switching valve 19 of the switch valve 19, and hot water is guided indoors by the first switching valve 19 as appropriate, and a piping 22 for water supply is connected to the second switching valve 20. For example, the switching valve 20 automatically supplies water to the switching collector 2 each time it is used.

However, in the device 1, the supplied water heated by the collector 2 is naturally circulated through the piping 5, the water tank 3, and the piping 6, and then stored in the water tank 3, and the switching valve 19 is switched to supply hot water into the room as appropriate. ,
In addition, water can be supplied by the second switching valve 20, and since the collector 2 and water tank 3 are separated, even if the roof is narrow or complicated, for example, only the collector 2 can be placed on the south-facing roof R1. , which expands the scope of application of the solar heat collecting device, and unlike the conventional device shown in FIG. , to prevent inconveniences such as protruding from the roof R. Furthermore, a collector 2 that spans the entire length can be installed on the south-facing roof, increasing the usable area if necessary, and also making it possible to install the water tank that normally rises from the roof to hide it from view, improving the appearance. It can be useful for Additionally, the pipes run through the attic, increasing durability and preventing freezing in the winter.

As mentioned above, the structure of the present invention separates the collector and water tank and installs them on the roof, and connects them with piping running through the attic, which helps in effective use of the roof area and expands the scope of use of the device. In addition to improving the appearance, it can prevent freezing in winter, and it can also have excellent effects such as dispersing the weight of the collector and water tank and helping to balance the load acting on the roof. In addition, as shown by the dashed line in FIG. 1, by connecting piping directly under the collector and water tank, it can be useful for preventing freezing in the winter.
