能に設けると共に、該ばね受け部材の近傍に機関
の外部より操作可能なハンドルを設け、該ハンド
ルの回動操作によりばね受け部材を高負荷運転対
応位置から低負荷運転対応位置に至る範囲で段階
的に変位させ、前記トルクスプリングの取付荷重
を増減するカム方式の切換え機構を介在せしめた
