形成し、前記第２の基板内面には膜状の対極を形
成し、前記第１の基板と第２の基板との間を電解
液で満たしてなる導電性高分子電子素子において
、 前記対極の周縁部が、前記電解液に接しないよ
うに保護されることを特徴とする導電性高分子電

サを挾んで配されており、スペーサの端面が前記
対極周縁部に密着することにより、対極周縁部に
