えた制御装置において、 上記電源からの上記正特性発熱体との間に突入
電流防止用の抵抗体を正特性発熱体に対して直列
接続したことを特徴とする制御装置。 (2) 上記制御装置は電源保有装置で、上記電源
として電池を備える実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の制御装置。 (3) 上記抵抗体は、上記正特性発熱体のキユー
リー温度より低い温度でキユーリー温度を示す負
