Claims (1)
- メモリ保持を行う回路を有し、電池を電源とす
る電子機器において、機器動作用電源ラインをオ
ンオフする主スイツチと、その主スイツチのオフ
時に一定時間の時定数をもつて上記メモリ保持を
行う回路の動作用電源ラインをメモリ保持用電源
ラインに切換えるためのスイツチ回路とで構成さ
れていることを特徴とする電源回路。
