Claims (1)
- 内部を副燃焼室とし且つ下端面に該副燃焼室と
主燃焼室とを連絡すると共に主燃焼室壁にて開閉
される連通孔を設けた中空状の回転体を、シリン
ダヘツドのねじ孔内に、アクチユエータにより正
逆回転可能に螺装し、所定運転領域で運転される
時は、前記回転体が一方向に回転されて前記連通
孔が開口されることにより、前記副燃焼室が主燃
焼室と連通され、且つ前記所定運転領域以外の領
域で運転される時は、前記回転体が他方向に回転
されて前記連通孔が閉塞されることにより、前記
副燃焼室が主燃焼室と隔絶されるように構成した
ことを特徴とする内燃エンジン。
