Claims (1)
- ケーシングに形成される円筒状の下部空間に往
復動可能に間隙をもつて嵌挿されるチゼルと、該
チゼルと同一の軸線に沿つてチゼルより大なるス
トロークで往復動可能にケーシングに支持される
打撃ピストンと、該打撃ピストンを往復駆動する
油圧装置と、前記打撃ピストンとチゼルとの当接
位置の周辺においてケーシングに空間として形成
された打撃室と、該打撃室へ圧縮空気を導くケー
シングに設けた接続口との間を接続するケーシン
グに形成された供給路と、前記ケーシングと打撃
ピストンとの間に異物混入を防止するダストシー
ルとを有する油圧ブレーカにおいて、前記下部空
間の一部に形成されチゼルの周囲を囲む環状の中
間室と該中間室と前記打撃室とを結ぶ連結通路と
を有し、前記チゼルは前記ケーシング下端に当接
するつばを有するつば付きチゼルよりなり、チゼ
ルのつば部とケーシング下端面との間に装着され
るスポンジを有し、脱落防止のためチゼルに形成
された長溝へ挿通するボルトピンをケーシングに
挿入するボルトピン穴を密栓するゴム栓を有する
ことを特徴とする油圧ブレーカ。
