Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A back case 6 containing an ink receiving bag body 5 and a groove 4-2 for guiding a support member 3-1 is provided to the end surface of the cover 4 which blocks the opening part of the back case 6. The opening surface of an ink supply port 4-1 making the insertion and revolution of a supply pipe 8 free on the bag body 5 is set so as to have inclination with respect to the insert direction of the supply pipe 8 and a seal film is mounted to the opening surface so as to close the same. The leading end part of the ink supply pipe 8 is formed to the opening surface opposed to the seal film 11 and, since the seal film is broken when said leading end part is rotated by 90 deg., ink can be supplied to an ink emitting orifice 2-1 through the ink supply pipe 8.

配管を要さないことからヘッドならびにインク供給源を
含むインク供給系の取扱いが容易となるという利点があ
る反面、インク消費が進み、インク供給源内のインク残
量が小ないしは残量無しとなった場合、インク収容袋等
インク供給源を構成する部材に比して高価であるヘット
も同時に交換されるので、コスト的に問題があった。
