も揺動支点と巻心の中心を結ぶ線より上方の部分
が位置するように設定すると共に、巻心を縦長孔
から押し出す際、上記突出部には、巻心の中心よ
り上方でその巻心の外周と当接する当接部があり
、その当接部から揺動支点までの距離が、その揺
動中心から巻心の中心に向つて巻心の外周に至る
までの距離よりも大きくなるように設定したこと
