平面内で湾曲した軸線を有する湾曲片状に形成さ
れた基材の表裏面に親水親油性の医療用粘着剤層
が設けられ、前記基材の片面側の粘着剤層上に
は、ほぼ中央で分割された剥離紙が、一方側の分
割剥離紙上に他方側の分割剥離紙の縁辺が重ねら
れ、かつ、該重ね合わせ部が折り返された状態で
