切断した1袋分の内層紙を筒状体とした内層筒の
平面図である。この内層筒は前記外層紙と略同形
に形成されており両側に襞部3,3を筒状体の上
下には前後壁の一方より他方に各々上下対象的に
階段部5,5を有する折曲片6,7が連設されて
おり、口部の左側隅角部には外層紙の三角状折込
線dより内方に折込まれる折込片eと重ねて折曲
げる突出片d′が又その突出片と同一寸法を有して
対象的に底部左側隅角部に欠損部fとが形成され
ている。次いで内層筒の突出片d′の前記外層紙の
折込片eの長さより突出している突出部g上より
前記外層紙の折込片eを被覆するごとく外方に突
出させて吹込口用弁紙10を形成して本考案の吹
込口を有する多層紙袋とする。本考案に係る多層
紙袋の構成に当つては、全体として前後左右の方
向又口突出部と底凹部は各々上下方向にずらして
重ね合わせてから、外層紙の両側襞折曲線3a,
3b,3cを内層筒の両襞部3,3に合せて折曲
げ、両襞部を有する筒状体Aとする。(第7図参
照)次いで筒状体Aの外層紙の折込片eと内層筒
の突出片d′の重合部を三角状折込線dより内方に
折込み吹込口用弁紙10を以つて吹込口を形成
し、更に折曲片6,7を常法に従つて前後壁に貼
合わせて口部及び底部を形成して本考案の多層紙
袋としたものである。

突出している突出部g上より外層紙の折込片eを
被覆するごとく外方に突出させて吹込口用弁紙1
0を形成したので、吹込口の底辺は従来のこの種
の袋の吹込口のように外層紙の折込片eと内層筒
の突出片d′がずれることなく表面に段差が形成さ
れることがない。従つて、吹込口の折込片の内外
紙層は同一平面となり収納物が詰ることを完全に
防止するものである。従つて吹込口の底辺は柔軟
性に欠けることがない。よつて吹込口の弁作用の
弱体化が防止でき搬送、保管中などに吹込口から
収納物の漏れを完全に防止する実用価値大なる多
層紙袋を提供するものである。
