前にシートのテンシヨンを制御したりまた製袋前
にシートを予熱する必要があるが、比較的重量の
大きい物品、例えば10Kg程度を充填すると、特に
温度の高い場合には、横シール部が破裂すること
があつた。

でなく、シール部の破裂は避けられなかつた。ま
た対策としてインパルヒータを用いる瞬間加熱接
着することも考えられるが、装置が膨大となり実
用的でない。

転し、かつ一袋分を区切るように対向運動するロ
ーラと、このローラの下に間隔を置いて配置した
横シール装置の直下に切断装置を配置し、この切
断装置に強制冷却手段を設けることにより、例え
ば10Kg程度の物品を充填した包装袋を製造可能な
包装袋シール切断装置を提供することを目的とす
る。
