本発明はマグネシウムを含有し、かつ固結しない食塩の
製法に関するものであり、本食塩は調味料や漬物原料と

発明が解決しようとする問題点
マグネシウムイオンの摂取が少ないと心臓病が発生しや
すい等の報告もあり、高純度の食塩は健康の問題を考え
ると好ましいものではなく、風味も落ちる事から漬物用
をはじめとして粗塩が好まれる。しかし粗塩には塩化マ
グネシウムが含まれているため吸湿により固結しやすい

シウムは無水塩から7水塩までの低度含水塩が乾燥状態

作用
硫酸マグネシウムは塩化マグネシウムと異なり潮解性が

換する事なく安定である。この為粉末状態で硫酸マグネ
シウムを混合する事によりマグネシウムイオンを含有し
