Claims (1)

工具ヘツド胴部材と、前記工具ヘツド胴部材に中
心軸と偏心して枢軸支持され、その枢軸まわりに
対して平行な工具部材とを含み、工具ヘツドの減
速に直接対応して工具部材が中心軸方向に枢軸旋
回する工具ヘツドと、 工具ヘツドを回転させる駆動装置と、 前記工具ヘツドの減速を行なうブレーキと、 所定の軸方向の距離だけ工具部材から離れて位
置し、かつ保持装置によつて保持された前記細長
物体の接近した自由端の存在に反応してブレーキ
が作用するように仕組まれた制御要素とを有し、 これによつて工具部材を細長物体に向けて半径
方向に旋回させて、細長物体に周辺区切り作業を
実施し、細長物体の前記自由端が制御要素から離
れたとき、ブレーキを解除するようにさらに仕組
まれていることを特徴とする細長物体の周辺区切
り装置。 2 ブレーキがブレーキドラム、およびブレーキ
が作動したときブレーキドラムを減速させる装置
を含み、ブレーキドラムは工具ヘツドと同軸に回
転するように仕組まれ、かつブレーキドラムと工
具ヘツドとの間に制限された相対回転が許され、
ブレーキが作動した時に、前記制限された相対回
転によつてブレーキドラムが工具部材を確動的に
中心軸に向つて旋回させて、押し動かせるように
ブレーキドラムが工具ヘツドと結合されている実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の細長物体の
周辺区切り装置。 3 工具ヘツドが充分な速度で回転している間に
ブレーキが解除された時に、切断工具要素が中心
軸から遠心力によつて離れる方向に旋回が可能で
あり、ブレーキドラムを前記制限された相対回転
とは反対方向に動かすように、ブレーキドラムが

2項に記載の細長物体の周辺区切り装置。 4 工具ヘツドが、アームの一端に隣接する工具
