Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1、交流発電機の発電コイルに誘起される交流電流を整
流する整流器と、界磁コイルに流れる励磁電流を制御す
る電圧調整器とを具備する交流発電機において、前記交
流発電機の機体の一部に絶縁基板に複数の導電板を互い
に絶縁状態で配設してなる端子台を取付け、前記導電板
の各一端に前記整流器の入力端子及び電圧調整器の出力
端子を締付部材で締付固定し、他方、前記各導電板の他
端は前記端子台から突出させて可撓性の筒状端子部とし
て、該筒状端子部の外周にねじ溝を設け、前記発電機の
機体と前記端子台には、前記各筒状端子部と連通するコ
イル端挿通孔を複数配設し、これらのコイル端挿通孔に
前記発電コイルの出力側端部と前記界磁コイルの入力側
端部を夫ぞれ挿通して、前記発電コイルの出力側端部を
前記整流器の入力端子が締付固定される前記導電板の筒
状端子部内に導入すると共に、前記界磁コイルの入力側
端部を前記電圧調整器の出力端子が締付固定される前記
導電板の筒状端子部内に導入し、且つこれらの筒状端子
部外周をナット部材で締付けて前記発電コイル及び界磁
コイルを筒状端子部に圧着固定することにより、前記発
電コイルと整流器及び前記界磁コイルと電圧調整器とを
各導電板を介して接続することを特徴とする交流発電機
のコイルと整流器等の接続方法。
1. In an alternator equipped with a rectifier that rectifies the alternating current induced in the generator coil of the alternator and a voltage regulator that controls the excitation current flowing through the field coil, one of the body of the alternator A terminal block consisting of a plurality of conductive plates arranged insulated from each other on an insulating substrate is attached to the section, and an input terminal of the rectifier and an output terminal of the voltage regulator are fastened to one end of each of the conductive plates with a tightening member. On the other hand, the other end of each conductive plate is made to protrude from the terminal block to form a flexible cylindrical terminal part, and a screw groove is provided on the outer periphery of the cylindrical terminal part, and the other end of each of the conductive plates is made to protrude from the terminal block, and a screw groove is provided on the outer periphery of the cylindrical terminal part. The terminal block is provided with a plurality of coil end insertion holes that communicate with each of the cylindrical terminal parts, and the output side end of the generator coil and the input side end of the field coil are inserted into these coil end insertion holes. The output side end of the generator coil is introduced into the cylindrical terminal part of the conductive plate to which the input terminal of the rectifier is fastened and fixed, and the input side end of the field coil is inserted into the cylindrical terminal part of the conductive plate. The output terminal of the voltage regulator is introduced into the cylindrical terminal portion of the conductive plate to which it is tightened and fixed, and the outer periphery of these cylindrical terminal portions is tightened with a nut member to connect the generating coil and the field coil to the cylindrical terminal. A method for connecting a coil and a rectifier of an alternating current generator, characterized in that the generating coil and the rectifier, and the field coil and the voltage regulator are connected through each conductive plate by crimping and fixing the coil and the rectifier to each other.
