Claims (1)
結一体構造とすると共に、上記雰囲気ガス発生装
置内のガス変成触媒の加熱を、触媒内部に加熱器
を取りつけて行うようにし、更に上記雰囲気ガス
発生装置内で変成された雰囲気ガスを吹管を介し
て高温のまま炉内の必要箇所に供給するようにし
、かつその供給位置にガスセンサを設けてその点
のガス成分を検出し、炉外に設けてこのセンサと
接続させたガス自動調節計を介して前記雰囲気ガ
ス発生装置の制御を行うようにしたことを特徴と
