、上記ロツク装置がロツク解除するように構成し
た車載用機器の取付ロツク装置において、正当な
使用者のみによつて電気的アクチユエータに通電
できるよう構成されたスイツチ手段と、上記電気
的アクチユエータが非通電状態のときにはハンド
ルを車載用機器から殆んど突出しない位置にハン
ドルロツクを行い、通電状態では、ハンドルを突
出位置に移動してハンドルロツク解除を行うハン
ドルロツク機構とを備えたことを特徴とする車載
