第１図は、本考案の実施例のフラツトタイプの
半導体装置の一例の全体上面図である。第２―ａ
図は前記半導体装置が実装基板に装着される前の
位置合せの状態、第２―ｂ図は、装着後、ハンダ
による固定の状態を示す。第３図は、半導体装置
単体で検査や評価を行う際の配線接続の様子、第
４図は、本考案の半導体装置をＩＣソケツトに装
着する場合を示す。第５図は従来のフラツトタイ
プの半導体装置の全体上面図、第６図、第７図は
それぞれ従来のフラツトタイプの半導体装置の実
装基板への装着状態とＩＣソケツトへの装着の様
子を示す。 １，１３……封入容器、２，１４……リード、
３……位置合せ及び固定用穴、４，１５……実装
基板、５，１６……接触面、６……位置合せ及び
固定用突起、７，１７……ハンダ、８……測定用
配線、９，１７……接続ピン、１０，１８……ソ
ケツト基台、１１，１９……はめ込み溝、１２，
２０……ガード、３′……位置合せ及び固定用切
込み。
