- 半導体装置の電気的測定を行う測定ユニツトを
半導体装置の大きさ毎に複数種備えた測定ユニツ
トストツク部と、半導体装置を挾持するハンドリ
ングユニツトを半導体装置の大きさ毎に複数種備
えるとともに、測定ユニツトの移し替え用治具を
備えたハンドリングユニツトストツク部と、選定
された特定の測定ユニツトを移し替え用治具にて
測定部に移し替え、選定された特定のハンドリン
グユニツトにて半導体装置を測定部の測定ユニツ
トに搬入搬出するハンドリング部と、各部の動作
制御を行う制御部とを有することを特徴とする半
導体装置の電気的測定用ハンドリング装置。
