入出力部と該入出力部から分岐されて所定の長さ
だけ互いに平行な2本のセンサ部とから形成する
と共に該2本のセンサ部の先端面上にそれぞれ全
反射膜を形成したことを特徴とする電圧プローブ

面保存光フアイバとの接続が上記電圧センサを保
持する電圧センサホルダと上記偏波面保存光フア
イバを保持する光フアイバホルダとの相互の固定
