An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a vehicle platform on which the present device is mounted, and is designed to be towed by a towing vehicle (not shown). Reference numeral 2 denotes a sealed tank placed on the vehicle chassis 1, and has an upper input port 2a and an outlet with a closed lid (not shown). Reference numeral 3 denotes a rotating brush located under the vehicle chassis 1 and having a length equal to the full width of the chassis 1. The rotating brush 3 is rotatably inserted into the horizontal shaft 4 and acts as a scraping member for scraping up dust and the like. Reference numeral 5 denotes a pair of left and right arms that support the horizontal shaft 4, and the base ends of the arms are attached to the vehicle chassis 1 so that the ends of the arms can be moved up and down by a hydraulic cylinder (not shown). Reference numeral 6 denotes a cover that covers the rotating brush 3 to form a dust collection chamber 6a, and is installed on the horizontal shaft 4. Reference numeral 7 denotes an engine for driving the rotating brush 3, and the rotating brush 3 is driven by the power transmission by the belt 8. Reference numeral 9 denotes a circulating air device mounted on the chassis 1 between the tank 2 and the rotating brush 3. An inlet 901 opens at the upper center of the cover 6, and an outlet 902 connects the closed tank 2 from the inlet 2a into the tank. An outgoing path section 9a that opens from the side, a blower 9b provided in this outgoing path section 9a, and an inlet 903.
The outgoing section 9a has an opening in the center near the exit, and the incoming section 9c has an exit 904 opening in the cover 6 adjacent to the entrance of the outgoing section 9a. The outward path portion 9a includes a fan chamber 906 formed inside the main body 905 on the chassis 1, and a fan chamber 906 formed inside the main body 905 on the chassis 1.

When both engines 7 and 10 are driven at the site, the air blower 9b blows the inlet 901 of the duct 909.
Air is sucked in from the fan chamber 906 and ejected as it is into the centrifugal separation chamber 907 through the passage 908, and a spiral flow as shown by arrow X is generated within the centrifugal separation chamber 907. This air, which has filled the airtight tank 2 and has nowhere to go, enters the duct 910 in the center of the centrifugal separation chamber 907 and is returned to the dust gathering chamber 6a, and is again sent to the entrance of the duct 909 by the blower 9b. It is attracted to 901. In this way, circulating air X is generated within the circulating air device 9. In the same way, the dust and leaves scraped up by the rotating brush 3 are carried by the circulating wind X in the dust collection chamber 6a, and continue from the duct entrance 901 of the outgoing section 9a to the fan chamber 906, the passage 908, and the like.
The liquid is ejected through the centrifugal separation chamber 907 to the outlet 902 and stored in the tank 2 as it is. Small particles and dust fly in the centrifuge chamber 907 and tank 2,
The air enters the return path section 9c together with the circulating air X again and circulates.

When the work is finished, both engines 7 and 10 are stopped, and when the hydraulic cylinder is operated to activate both arms 5 and lift the horizontal shaft 4, the rotating brush 3 bends both ducts 909 and 910 and rises together with the cover 6. It moves away from the ground, so you can move in this state.

As described above, this invention uses circulating air to lift up dust and transport it into the tank, so that the dust and other particles that have been sucked out can be completely removed without being scattered with the exhaust air. It has a collectable effect. Therefore, there is no need to worry about air pollution during work, and it is highly effective as a cleaning device for golf courses, roads, parks, etc.
Furthermore, it has a wide range of uses, such as being able to be used as a grass collecting device for collecting grass and other grass.

In addition, in this invention, once the main body of the circulating air device is manufactured, the device can be assembled by simply doing piping work, so this type of device, which is otherwise complex and expensive, can be simplified and manufactured easily. Another advantage is that it can be provided at a low price.

Furthermore, in the embodiment described above, if a cutting blade is provided in front of the rotating brush 3, mowing can be done at the same time as cleaning, that is, mowing and cleaning of a golf course or the like can be done all at once. Note that the scraping member does not need to be the rotating brush 3 as long as it can scrape up dust and the like.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A scraping member for scraping up dust, etc., a sealed tank for storing dust, etc., and a circulating air device provided between the scraping member and the sealed tank to generate circulating air between them. The circulating air device includes a horizontal centrifugal separation chamber that is located inside the main body as well as a fan chamber formed in the main body and has an outlet opening from the side into the sealed tank, and the centrifugal separation chamber and the fan. an outgoing path section consisting of a passage connecting the chambers and a duct whose outlet opens at the center of the fan chamber and whose inlet opens into the cover of the scraping member; a return path opening in the cover such that the outlet is located adjacent to the inlet of the duct, and a blower provided in the fan chamber, the blower opening from the inlet of the duct. The sucked air enters the centrifugation chamber from the fan chamber through the passageway and enters the closed tank from its outlet, and the air that fills the closed tank and has nowhere to go is returned to the centrifugation chamber. At this point, the air enters the entrance of the return passage, passes through the return passage, returns to the cover from the exit, becomes circulating air, and is sucked into the entrance of the duct by the blower again, so that the scraping member causes the air to flow inside the cover. 2. A device for collecting dust, etc., characterized in that the dust, etc. stirred up by the air is carried by the circulating air, passes through the duct, the fan chamber, the passage, and the centrifugal separation chamber, and is stored in the closed tank.
