Conventional technology In a road cleaning vehicle, in order to store the garbage 13 swept up by the main brush 1 in the hopper 3, the inertia force caused by the rotation of the main brush 1 is used to direct the garbage 13 toward the hopper 3. It is well known that the overthrow type shown in FIG. 5 and the underthrow type shown in FIG. 6 have been put into practical use due to the difference in the installation position of the hopper. However, in the conventional method described above, there is a limit to the inertial force, so the garbage 13
Since the flying distance of the garbage is limited, the amount of garbage stored in the hopper 3 is small, and even if the capacity of the hopper 3 is increased, the loading efficiency of garbage cannot be improved. In particular, while paper, fallen leaves, and other debris are flying along the transfer path due to the inertia of the rotational force of the main brush, they stall due to air resistance and cannot be transferred far. In order to improve these drawbacks of conventional devices, the main brush has an increased number of bristle implants, a main brush with an increased rotational speed,
In addition to the above, the diameter of the main brush is increased to increase the circumferential speed, and as disclosed in Utility Model Application No. 12415/1983, a rotating brush that rotates while contacting the lawn surface and a dust collection container are used. Connect with the suction passage,
There is one in which a window is provided on the lower side near the exit of the suction passage, and a rotating body such as a sub-rotating brush is provided so as to protrude from the window into the suction passage.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Of the above-mentioned conventional techniques, those related to improvement of the main brush, although many effects can be obtained by improvement,
The brush wears out rapidly, and the amount of air stirred up by the rotation of the brush increases in proportion to the number of rotations, so the capacity of the filter or the processing capacity of the blower must be increased. Furthermore, the enlargement of the main brush
In addition to the modification of the filter and blower mentioned above, the size of the prime mover is increased, and although one advantage is obtained, many disadvantages occur, and there is no fundamental solution.

Next, since the conventional technology uses a rotating body such as a sub-rotating brush to extend the flight distance, it is necessary to devise measures to prevent dust from entering the rotating support part of the rotating body, and to improve the rotation of the rotating body. There are problems that cannot be solved by partial modification of conventional products, such as the addition of a drive system, so it does not satisfy all requirements.

Means for Solving the Problems In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional device, the present application provides a method to provide a dust transfer path from the main brush to the hopper, which is oriented toward the hopper side in the direction in which the dust flies due to the rotation of the main brush. At least one row of air injection ports is provided to eject an air stream, and in addition to the inertial force generated by the sweeping up of the main brush, the directional air ejected blows away dirt, thereby achieving the intended purpose. It is something.

Embodiments Next, the present application will be described in detail with reference to drawings showing embodiments. Figure 1 shows a road cleaning vehicle called a power sweeper, which runs on its own with or without a driver (the figure shows no driver) and cleans the road surface (floor surface). , the side brush 2, the hopper 3, the running wheel 4, etc. are conventionally well known, so their explanation will be omitted. The air purifying device shown in 5 is also a conventionally known device, in which a blower 9 is installed in an air conduit 7 disposed between the hopper 3 and the filter chamber 6, and the contaminated air inside the hopper 3 is sucked through a screen 10. Clean air is sent into the filter chamber 6 and released into the atmosphere. Since various types of air purifiers 5 are in use, it is necessary to select an appropriate one from these. The number of circulation path blowers 9 in the conduit 7 is not limited to what is shown in the drawings. The cleaning vehicle shown in FIG. 1 is of the above-mentioned over-throw type, in which a hopper 3 is provided on the rear side of the main brush 1, and the garbage 13 is discharged from above the main brush 1 toward the hopper 3.

As described above, the embodiment of the present application is as follows. Reference numeral 11 designates a wind box installed over the entire width of the transfer path 12 for the waste 13, using a part of the case 14 that houses the front wall 3a of the hopper 3 and the main brush 1 to create a wind box between the two. By attaching an inverted L-shaped bottom plate 15, a box-like structure is formed. The upper surface of the wind box 11 is bent so that the front wall 3a of the hopper 3 is on the lower side and a part of the case 14 is on the upper side, and the two are overlapped with an appropriate gap. An air injection port is provided in the transfer path 12 for the dirt 13 from the main brush 1 to the hopper 3, which opens toward the hopper 3 side and injects an air flow directed in the flying direction of the dirt due to the rotation of the main brush 1. 16 is provided, and the opening portion of the air injection port 16 is constricted into a nozzle shape as shown in the drawing.

In the embodiment of the present application described above, the shape and location of the wind box 11 and the configuration of the air injection port 16 are not limited to those shown in the drawings. The purpose of the present application can be achieved if the wind box 11 supplies air to the air. The illustrated air injection port 16 is shown as a long one that opens over the entire width of the transfer path 12;
As shown in the figure, the openings may be opened in the form of long grooves at predetermined intervals, and although the openings are shown opening at the lower side of the transfer path 12 in the figure, the shape of the transfer path 12 may be changed as appropriate to open the openings at the upper side. It is also possible to have an opening, as long as it can obtain enough jet air to transport the garbage 13. If the air conduit 8 is connected directly to each opening, a wind box 11 is also required. I don't. Finally, the air intake part of the air conduit 8 that supplies air to the wind box 11 can be located anywhere as long as it can supply sufficient air to the wind box 11. A blower may be installed. Each of the above-mentioned modifications also applies to other embodiments to be described later.

When the cleaning vehicle starts running, the side brush 2 and the main brush 1 each rotate in a predetermined direction, and the main brush 1 sweeps up the dirt 13 that has been swept up by the side brush 2, and performs the cleaning work. The collected garbage 13 is thrown away toward the hopper 3 as shown by the arrow. Therefore, conventionally, main brush 1
Since this operation is carried out only by the inertial force caused by the rotation of the motor, it has the drawbacks mentioned above. However, in the present application, highly directional, high-speed air with high air density is ejected into the transfer path 12 in layers as shown by the arrow from the air injection port 16 opened in the transfer path 12 toward the hopper 3. Therefore, as mentioned above, the garbage 13 that has been blown away due to inertia
immediately rides this laminar air flow and moves the main brush 1.
The acceleration caused by the laminar air flow is added to the initial velocity caused by the rotation of the dust 13, and the debris 13 is given a higher initial velocity. As a result, the debris 13 is blown farther and travels for a longer distance than in the case of only the main brush 1. Even if the hopper 3 is used, it is possible to reliably store the items, and the storage capacity can be increased without causing the disadvantages associated with major remodeling or modification as described in the section of the prior art. Further, in the present application, in addition to suctioning the air inside the hopper 3 by the blower 9, the air is jetted toward the hopper 3, so that the inside of the case 14 of the main brush 1 becomes negative pressure, and cleaning is performed. Prevent dust from flying up when doing this.

As described above, in the cleaning vehicle of this embodiment, since the main brush 1 is attached to the frontmost part of the vehicle body, the length of the transfer path 12 is longer than that of the two embodiments described above. As in the example, air injection port 1
6 may not be reliable in some cases, so in this embodiment, air injection ports 16 are provided in two stages separated by a partition plate 100 to blow away the air and increase the distance. Depending on the case, the number of stages may be added. Furthermore, instead of the multi-stage type described above, multiple rows of air injection ports 16 may be arranged in parallel along the transfer path 12, or air injection ports 16 opened in the form of long grooves at predetermined intervals as shown in FIG. , a plurality of rows may be arranged in a so-called zigzag pattern in which the opening portions are staggered.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides an air injection port that opens in the direction along the inner surface toward the hopper in the dust transfer path from the main brush to the hopper, and Since the main brush rotates to eject airflow directed in the flying direction of the dust, the jetted airflow continues to blow the dust flying in the same direction as the main brush. It is possible to extend the flying distance of the dust, and to greatly improve the loading efficiency of the dust into the hopper. In addition, since the air jet port provided in the transfer path ejects an air flow directed toward the hopper, the negative pressure near the main brush can be increased by the air jet flow, and the negative pressure generated by the rotation of the main brush can be increased. The dust can be efficiently rotated. In addition, even if the dust is conveyed in a relay type, the dust is conveyed by the air flow injected from the air injection port, which eliminates the need for rotating parts as in the conventional technology, making it simple and easy to use. This has the effect of reducing malfunctions and making maintenance easier.
