Claims (1)
流体の流れ方向に対して垂直な磁界を発生する励
磁コイルを設け、被測定流体の流れ方向と上記磁
界方向とに共に垂直な方向に誘起される起電力を
検出する一対の電極を、該流れ方向と該磁界方向
とに共に垂直な軸線上であり上記測定管内壁に設
け、上記測定管の外部であり被測定流体の流れ方
向上下流位置のそれぞれに、測定管内の被測定流
体に対して斜め方向に超音波を発射するとともに
、斜め方向から入射する超音波を受ける超音波送
受波器を設けてなる流量測定装置。 An excitation coil that generates a magnetic field perpendicular to the flow direction of the fluid to be measured is provided outside the measurement tube through which the fluid to be measured flows, and the magnetic field is induced in a direction perpendicular to both the flow direction of the fluid to be measured and the direction of the magnetic field.
