イ 産業上の利用分野
本考案は管、チューブ等の内側プロテクター、管曲げ部
に取付けられるサポート類に適用される製作方法に関す

ハ 発明が解決しようとする問題点
従来の腹側プロテクターの製作方法ではパイプベンダー
を使用し、管(直径D)を所定の寸法(曲げ半径R)で
曲げる必要がある。パイプベン−R以上の曲げ加工にお
いても所定の掴み代が必要であるが、腹側プロテクター
の場合掴み代が短かいため第7図の如く(1)直管を所
定寸法に鋸切断した後、(2)所定曲げ半径で曲げ加工
を行ない、(3)これを長手方向にガス切断またはプラ
ズマ切断することは困難である。このため第6図に示す
如く管を所定曲げ半径で連続的げすることになり現状後
工程での原図寸法、鋸切断に時間がかかっている状況に
ある。また、原図寸法切断後に長手方向の切断を行なう
が、切断方向が曲線方向の長子であるため、鋸切断がで
きずやむを得ずガス切断またはプラズマ切断を行なって
いる。C. 以上の問題点を解決するために、本考案では、第1図に
おけるように、パイプベンダーを使用して半割管を曲げ
るにあたり、第2図に示す如〈従来のクランプダイ2お
よびプレッシャーダイ3にプロテクターの内径をその外
径とする丸棒または管を半円溝に埋込んで、凸起クラン
プダイ4および凸起プレッシャーダイ5とし半割管をベ
ンダーに挿入、半割管をクランプ後、目標のHに曲げる
ことを以って問題点を解決するための手段とした。2.
