イヤフラムのロツド側に大気圧室をそれぞれ形成
し、前記第1ダイヤフラムをロツド側に付勢する
第1ばねと、前記第2ダイヤフラムをロツド側に
付勢する第2ばねを設け、軸線方向に遊びを有す
る継手により前記第1ダイヤフラムと前記第2ダ
イヤフラムの中心部を連結し、前記第1ダイヤフ
ラムおよび前記第2ダイヤフラムをロツド側のス
トローク端に寄せた状態において、前記継手部に
該継手の圧縮方向に第1距離l1の遊びを、引張
方向に第2距離l2の遊びをそれぞれ設けるとと
もに、前記第1ダイヤフラムの全ストロークl3
を前記第1距離l1より大とし、前記第2ダイヤ
フラムの全ストロークl4を前記第2距離l2よ
