りなり、揺動刃と一体的に固着された固定刃ガイ
ドと、揺動刃の回転軸に、取り付け孔により回動
可能に、かつ、切断方向側の外縁は、前記固定刃
ガイドの外縁より内側に、切断方向と反対側の外
縁は、前記固定刃ガイドの外縁より外側になるよ
うな外縁を持ち、その外縁は段差無く結ばれ、か
つ、その外縁側には、前記取り付け孔を中心とす
る円弧線状にスロツト孔が設けられているカムと
、前記スロツト孔に相対して、前記固定刃ガイド
に固着され、揺動刃の動きにより、前記カムを断
続的に回動させるカム移動用ピンとを設けると共
に、固定刃が、前記カムの外縁に当接する位置迄
延在して設けられていることを特徴とする揺動型
