いて、前記カツタアームの中間部の一側縁に当接
する支点体をこのカツタアームの回動方向と直交
する方向に進退自在に設け、前記カツタアームの
中間部とこの中間部に対する対向部との一方に前
記カツタアームの回動方向に沿う長孔を形成し他
方に前記長孔に嵌合する支軸に立設したことを特
