Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a filter of high efficiency in collecting smoke soot by forming a number of cut and raised sections to form openings and forming the openings adjacent to each other in the raising direction to be staggered from adjacent openings on one plane plate. CONSTITUTION:A filter 1 is formed of a plane plate of 0.5mm thickness with cut and raised sections 2 which form openings 3. The openings 3 are of 20mm long in the lateral direction and between an opening 3 and the next opening 3, a section 4 of 5mm long is provided. Also, longitudinally, cut and raised sections 2 are provided at 2.5mm intervals. In the longitudinal direction, the formed openings 3 are positioned between the closed sections 4, and the closed sections 4 are dispersed all over, not concentrated locally. By incorporating said filter 1 into a ventilation fan, air which contains smoke soot is passed in winding state so as to enhance the efficiency of collecting smoke soot and not to generate deviation of air stream nor whistling sound to be caused by air passing through the filter 1.

Conventional Technology Ventilation devices such as ventilation fans and range hoods that exhaust oil smoke generated during cooking in the kitchen and prevent indoor air from becoming polluted are often heavily contaminated due to the oil smoke adhering to them.
It is necessary to clean frequently. In order to save this cleaning effort, a method is used in which a filter is attached to the front of the ventilation device to collect oily smoke to prevent the main body of the ventilation device from getting dirty, and only the filter is cleaned. Conventionally, in the case of a filter that uses inertial collision to collect oil smoke, as shown in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 8, two plates (slot mesh) 103 having openings 102 through which the airflow passes are stacked one on top of the other, and the airflow X is bent to flow to collect oil smoke.

In this polar filter, the direction of the airflow changed twice and the airflow reliably collided with the raised cut 101 (dashed line arrow in FIG. 8), so the oil smoke collection efficiency was high.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention As mentioned above, in the conventional filter, aluminum plates (plate thickness 0.5 mm) are used in consideration of corrosion resistance, but since there are two plates, it is expensive, and it is difficult to clean the filter. In this case, the oil smoke that adhered to the inner space of the two filters could not be cleaned, and it was inconvenient that it could not be completely cleaned unless it was disassembled.

In addition, since the cut and raised portions 101 are lined up parallel to the cut and raised direction, there is a closed hole portion 104 in which there is no cut and raised portion in the vertical direction, and in this portion, even if the airflow X flows in the vertical direction, there is no opening to pass through. (Fig. 9), and enters only the horizontal opening 102 (Fig. 10), so the airflow is locally biased, and if the passing wind speed is high, a whistling sound will be generated. It was necessary to increase the height and make the aperture 102 larger. Therefore, in order to obtain high oil smoke collection efficiency,
It was necessary to stack two filters.

Means for Solving the Problem - In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides a single flat plate with a large number of raised cuts to form apertures, and a hole is formed between adjacent holes in the longitudinal direction. The closed hole portion is configured to face the opening located next to the cut and raised direction.

Effect: With this configuration, the air containing oil smoke generated during cooking is
The airflow passes through the opening formed by the cut and raised part as a ventilation hole, but since there is an opening next to the closed hole part, there is little bias in the airflow, and there is no whistling sound, and the front side The air containing oil smoke that enters from the inside cannot travel straight, but instead bends and escapes to the rear side, and in this process, the oil smoke is sufficiently collected. The filter can be easily cleaned since it is made up of a single plate.

Further, cut and raised holes 2 are provided at intervals of 2.5 in the vertical direction, and the formed openings 3 are located between vertically adjacent closed hole portions 4, so that the closed hole portions 4 are locally concentrated. It is in a dispersed form. The height b of the raised cut is 1 jsi, and the opening 3 is very small when viewed from the front side. FIG. 5 shows a state in which this filter 1 is incorporated into a ventilation fan. Reference numeral 6 denotes a frame body of the ventilation fan body, which is equipped with a motor 6 and blades 7 rotated by the motor 6. A filter 1 held by a filter frame 8 is disposed in front of the blade 7. In the figure, numeral 9 is an oil pan, 1o is a shutter, and 11 is a support member for the motor 6.

In the above configuration, the motor 6 rotates the blades 7 to allow air containing pollutants generated during cooking to pass through the filter 1 and be discharged outside. In the filter 1, since the airflow Y shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 is bent instead of going straight, large oil particles are reliably collected.

In particular, in the filter 1 of the present invention, the apertures 3 are small and the apertures 3 are not formed in the straight direction of the suction air flow Y, taking into consideration the rising airflow caused by high-temperature waste gas during cooking. By setting the mounting 9 at an angle, the oil smoke collection efficiency will be greatly improved. Also, small oil particles are not collected and enter the inside of the ventilation fan along with the airflow, but the blades 7. There is little collision with the shutter 10, etc., most of the air is discharged outside, and there is very little dirt on the main body of the ventilation fan, which saves the effort of cleaning.

Since the closed pores 4 are not locally concentrated but are dispersed, the airflow Y colliding with the filter 1 is directed to the nearby openings 4.
(Fig. 3), a drifting flow occurs.Even if the opening 3 is small, it is not difficult to generate a whistling sound.

In addition, since the filter 1 is composed of a single plate,
The cost of materials is low, there is no disassembly work required when cleaning two sheets, and the area to be cleaned becomes smaller, improving cleaning efficiency.

In the figure, the vertically adjacent apertures 3 are configured such that the left end of the upper aperture 3 and the right end of the lower aperture 3 are on the same line. In this case as well, the closed holes 4 are dispersed and their operation is the same as in the first embodiment, so a description thereof will be omitted.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the explanation of the embodiments above, according to the present invention, a filter to be incorporated into a ventilation system for discharging oily smoke generated during cooking etc. to the outside is fabricated by cutting a large number of filters into a single flat plate. A raised hole is provided to form an opening, and a closed hole portion between adjacent openings in the longitudinal direction is arranged opposite to the opening located next to the cut and raised direction, and is inserted through the opening. Since the filter has pores and bends the air containing oil smoke to pass through, it has high oil smoke collection efficiency, and since the airflow does not drift, there is no whistling sound when it passes through the filter, and since it is made of a single plate, it is inexpensive. Moreover, the effect of excellent cleaning properties can be obtained.
