2. Description of the Related Art Ventilators such as ventilation fans and range hoods, which generally discharge oil fumes generated during cooking in the kitchen to prevent indoor air from becoming dirty, are heavily contaminated by oil fumes and require frequent cleaning. is there. In order to save the labor of this cleaning, a method is used in which a filter is attached to the front surface of the ventilation device to collect oil and smoke to prevent the ventilation device main body from becoming dirty and to clean only the filter. Conventionally, in the case of a structure in which oil smoke is collected by utilizing inertial collision as a filter, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 7, a metal thin plate 102 having a large number of small holes 101 is cut and raised 103 at predetermined intervals. Was provided, and an opening 104 formed by the small hole 101 and the cut-and-raised 103 was used as a ventilation path, and the airflow Y was bent to collect oil smoke. This type of filter reliably changes the flow direction of the air flow Y and collides with and collects oil particles (broken line arrow in the figure) due to inertial action, so that the collection efficiency of oil smoke is high and it has a large number of small holes. Therefore, the porosity was relatively high, the pressure loss was low, and the noise was low when it was attached to the ventilation device.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the conventional filter, since the cut-and-raised parts are provided later on the metal thin plate having a large number of small holes, the small holes are cut by the cut surface caused by the cut-and-raised parts, and the cut surface is cut. When the filter is cleaned, there is a problem in that the unevenness may cause an injury to the hand, and the cleaning brush may be caught on the smoothness to make it difficult to wash.

Action With this configuration, the air containing oil smoke generated during cooking passes through both the cut and raised holes and the many small holes as air passages, but in this process, the oil smoke is sufficiently collected on the metal thin plate by the inertial collision action. . Since the cut-and-raised cut surface has no irregularities, it can be washed safely and smoothly during cleaning.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. In the figure, 1 is a filter with a plate thickness of 0.6 mm
The aluminum flat plate is provided with a large number of small holes 4 at predetermined intervals, and the small holes 4 are provided with cut-and-raised portions 2 so that the cut surface 3 is not covered with the small holes 4, thereby forming the openings 5. . The cut-and-raised piece 2 has a length of 12 mm in the lateral direction and is cut-and-raised again 2 with a closed hole portion 6 of 3 mm. In addition, cut-and-raised parts 2 are provided at intervals of 2.4 mm in the vertical direction. The height h of the cut-and-raised part 2 is 1.7 mm, and the opening 5 formed by the cut-and-raised part 2 is very small when viewed from the front side. And the small hole 4 has a hole diameter of 1.2 m.
In the cut-and-raised part 2, the distance between the holes is 2.2 mm and it is 5
One hole is provided in the closed hole portion 6. FIG. 4 shows a state in which the filter 1 is incorporated in a ventilation fan. Reference numeral 7 denotes a frame of the ventilation fan main body, which is equipped with a motor 8 and blades 9 rotated by the motor 8. The filter 1 held by the filter frame 10 is arranged in front of the blade 9. In the figure, 11 is an oil pan, 12
Is a shutter, and 13 is a supporting member of the motor 8.

In the above structure, the blades 9 are rotated by the motor 8 to allow air containing pollutants generated by cooking and the like to pass through the filter 1 and be discharged to the outside of the room. In the filter 1, the air flow X shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is bent without going straight, so that large oil particles are reliably collected. Particularly, in the filter 1 of the present invention, the opening 1 is unlikely to appear in the straight direction of the suction airflow X in consideration of the ascending airflow due to the high temperature waste gas at the time of cooking.
By setting the attachment angle of, the oil smoke collection efficiency is greatly improved. In addition, small oil particles enter the inside of the ventilation fan without being collected, but the collision of the blades 9 and the shutter 12 is small, and most of them are discharged to the outside of the room. It reduces the number of times and saves the trouble of cleaning.

Since the ventilation passage is formed by both the cut-and-raised parts 2 and the small holes 4, the pressure loss is low and the ventilation fan noise is low.

Further, since the small hole 4 is arranged so as not to cover the cut surface 3 of the cut and raised portion 2, it can be rubbed smoothly with the scrubbing brush without being caught when the filter is cleaned,
And there is no need to worry about getting your hands injured.

Next, another embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG. The filter 1'shown in the drawing is a cut-and-raised piece 2 which is adjacent in the longitudinal direction.
The closed hole portion 6 formed between the two faces the open hole 5 located adjacent to the cut and raised direction. In this case also, the action is the same as in the case of the first embodiment. The description is omitted.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As is apparent from the above description of the embodiments, in the present invention, a filter incorporated in a ventilation device that discharges oil smoke and the like generated by cooking, etc., to the outside of the room is provided with a large number of metal thin plates at predetermined intervals. Small holes and cut-and-raised parts are provided, and these small holes are arranged without being cut by the cut surface of the cut-and-raised parts, and the small holes and the openings formed by the cut-and-raised parts serve as ventilation paths. As a result, the air containing oil smoke is bent and passed through, so that it is possible to obtain an effect that the efficiency of collecting oil smoke is high, the pressure loss is low, the noise is low, and the filter is easy to clean.
