Claims (1)
- 回転および往復移動可能に設けられた筒状ツー
ル本体と、該ツール本体に進退可能に嵌挿された
コーンロツドと、該コーンロツドの前進移動によ
り半径方向外側に拡張せしめられ、被加工物の内
周面をホーニング加工するホーニング砥石とを備
えたホーニングツールの上記ツール本体のホーニ
ング砥石側方に、上記被加工物内周面に向けてエ
アを吹き付ける、インプロセスエアゲージに通ず
るノズルが設けられたホーニング装置であつて、
上記ホーニングツールを被加工物より抜き取ると
きの引上げ位置には、上記ツール本体のノズルと
ホーニング砥石とに当接するブラシが設けられて
いることを特徴とするエアゲージを備えたホーニ
ング装置。
