Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 治具本体で背面を支承させて該本体と共に固
設するワークの前方に、その側方の刃物台からの
びる往復動自在の工具ホルダを設けると共にその
先端部に該ワークに対向する砥石を備えて該砥石
による該ワークの前面に表面研磨加工を施すよう
にした式のものにおいて、該砥石を該ワークの回
転方向に略沿つた適宜間隔の少なくとも２個に分
割して構成させることを特徴とする表面研磨装置
。 ２ 該砥石は該刃物台の先端部に進退自在に支承
されてばねで該ワーク側に弾撥される実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項所載の表面研磨装置。
