図面中、１はセンサスタイラス、２は受信ブロ
ツク、３はＮＣ装置、４はＮＣ工作機械、６は工
具ホルダ、７，７Ａ，７Ｂは工具、８はタービン
ロータ、１１は板テンプレート、１２，１３，１
４は移動機構のサーボモータ、１５は追従装置で
ある。
